2. Covered parking structure requires separate permit. Letters of authorization from adjacent property owners that indicate approval of the decrease building setback must be provided with the permit application at that time. Use a copy of the approved site plan for your carport permit.

3. All site plan changes need to be made to the landscaping and grading plan prior to final approval

4. Plans can be reviewed at the counter once corrections are made.
09/04/2003 JOE LINVILLE LANDSCAPE REVIEW Denied 1) Revise the plans to provide the minimum landscape border width per LUC 3.7.2.4.A.1 at the corner of the site near the intersection of Campbell Avenue and King Street where the property lines have changed subsequent to the initial approval.

2) Revise the plans as necessary to ensure that the minimum preservation requirements of LUC 3.8.6.2.A.3 can be met. PIP plant number 5 appears to be in an area where meeting the preservation standards of DS 2-15.6.0 would be unlikely.
If it is the opinion of the landscape architect that limited root zone encroachment would not negatively affect the long term viability of the tree, it may remain. If the tree is destoyed or damaged it will have to be replaced with the same size tree as determined upon final inspection by the City Landscape Inspector.
