Floodplain approval is not recommended at this time - resubmittal is required. Please address the following comments: FLOODPLAIN USE PERMIT COMMENTS 1. Please provide a thoroughly completed floodplain permit application - items 2, 3, 4, 5 c & d must be completed; 2. Provide a copy of the stamped approved Tentative Plat and a set of "as-built" grading plans with the resubmittal. Due to the scale of the Letter of Map Revision (LOMR), it is not clear where the major features within the subdivision are, or where the 100-year floodplain limits are, in relation to this particular lot/permit application; 3. Provide the proposed finished floor elevation on the plot plan; 4. Depict the 100-year floodplain limits and erosion hazard setback on the Site Plan, if applicable (Development Standard - DS - 2-02.2.1.15 & Tucson Code, Sec. 26-11.2); 5. Depict drainage patterns on the site (DS 2-02.2.1.16); 6. Depict and label any required drainage openings with sizing and spacing noted on the plan; 7.
