The applicant is authorized to use a portion of the City of Tucson the property described as (legal description):
SILVERLAKE PARK, T14 R13 S22&23.

For the purpose of setting a manufactured home within a FEMA floodplain.

The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard, and Watercourse Amenities, Safety and Habitat regulations, and are bound by the conditions stated below. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Land Use Code, or any other Federal, State, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations and Watercourse Amenities, Safety, and Habitat regulations require the issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit.

The applicant attest to the fact that the construction plans and documents submitted for the Substantial Improvement/Damage Evaluation are all of the improvements/repairs that will be done to the existing building and that all additions, improvements, or repairs on the subject building are included in the construction plans and documents herewith. No other repairs or reconstruction or additions or remodeling have been made to the subject building that are not included in the attached construction plans and documents.

The following conditions shall apply to this permit. (Or refer to Chapter 26 page 35).

1. All work shall conform to the attached plans and documentation which are made part of this permit.

2. The lowest structural member of the frame and any proposed utilities shall be placed on a permanent foundation at a minimum elevation of 2380.70 feet above sea level, National Geodetic Verticle Datum 1929 (NGVD 1929), as certified by a land surveyor. This certification must be completed and returned to the Development Services Dept., The Office of the City Engineer, Engineering Section on the 1st. floor of the County/City Public Works Building at 201 N. Stone Avenue. This Certification must be completed immediately after the finished floor is constructed. Please call Development Services Department at 791-5550 or 740-6970 (IVR) for inspection prior to any wall construction.

3. The building or structures shall be firmly anchored to prevent flotation. Certification for Manufactured Home Anchoring and Utilities Location by a Registered Civil Engineer is required.

4. All utilities shall be placed at an elevation equal to, or greater, than the elevation of the lowest structural member.

5. This permit shall become invalid one year from its date of issue unless a building permit has been issued and building has commenced within that time. Renewal of this permit will require a new application and review and approval of that application by the City Engineering Section.

This Floodplain Use Permit will be automatically revoked and becomes invalid if conditions set forth in this permit are not complied with. Also, this permit will expire one year from its date of issue. Renewal of this permit will require a new application, review and approval of that application by the City of Tucson, Development Services Department, Engineering Section.
