The building addition cannot exceed 50% of the total value of the existing residence. Please show calculations. 3. The Base flood elevation is 2439.5. per NVGD 29 datum. The finished floor elevation shall be constructed 1' the BFE at 2440.5. 4. It will be required that a registered surveyor complete an elevation certificate prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupation.
