Floodplain approval is not recommended at this time. Please address the following comments prior to resubmittal: HYDROLOGY REPORT: 1) Provide the elevation of the Benchmark used for this study. The consultant may wish to refer to the City Field Book referenced for a closer benchmark and/or elevation check; 2) Previous "Drainage Report" comment number 1, from the 26 February comment letter has not been sufficiently addressed. The Field Book elevations appear consistent with the contours depicted on figure 3, with little variation, yet the report relies on a 3-foot discrepancy with no apparent supporting data. The elevations utilized in the report and on the site plan are not consistent with the supporting information available and provided with the submittal. Clarify the report data and the site plans to reflect vertical data consistency for each site; Please submit the $150.00 drainage review fee and a revised hydrology report addressing the above comments.
