1. On Panel H1, it appears that the largest motor should be the compressor. (19398) (0.25) = 4850 > 527. This effects the load calcs for this panel and the whole service.
2. Tables 630.11 (A) and 630.31 (A) (2) do not have a Duty Cycle Multiplication factor of 0.60. Checked in 1999 NEC as well. Please specify whether these are arc or resistance welders, and whether the Motor Generator designation is applicable.
3. Transformer secondary does not appear to comply with NEC 240-21 (c). 600 MCM ampacity 420 < 800, which is the total of the OC devices which it feeds.
