Sheet E2
1. Indicate how LV Transformers 1 & 2 are being powered.
2. Indicate how Fixture B is being powered.
3. Provide "panel schedules" for all house pedestals. Panel/Circuit number on loads.
4. Provide GFCI in the branch circuit supplying fountain equipment, per NEC680-51 (a).
5. Assuming that the J-box at the fountain will supply submersible equipment, verify compliance with 680-51 (d), if applicable.
6. Regarding the Typical Mobile Home Calculations, the portion dealing with the load on the TEP transformers should be taken off these plans. The service was approved on a separate permit.
7. Regarding the Typical Mobile Home Calculations, 550-13 (b) (3) does require the addition of 25% for this largest motor. However, per the telephone conversation of 4/29/03, 5000 VA may be a good number since the units are evaporative coolers. Correct as necessary.
8. Keynote 7 calls for a 3-phase 120/230V new service for the existing well water pump. Do you mean 120/208? 120/240? Please clarify.
9. Show panel/circuit number for new receptacles.
10. Some new receptacles are WP GFI, and some are not. It appears that all are to be installed outdoors. Please clarify intent.

Sheets E3 & E4
1. Unless it is certain that the circuit breakers are in TEP transformer enclosures, please remove them from the line diagrams. It's TEP's work in any case, not required on this submittal.
2. Remove the ground connection to TEP ground that appears inside the TEP transformer enclosure. Relocate the common grounding point to outside that enclosure. Clarify location and extent of ground UFER.
3. Please remove the reference to the deletion of the N-G bond at pedestal for Recreational Vehicle (Note A, Detail 5, Sheet E2). With TEP-provided Cable in Conduit, this is incorrect.

Sheet E4
1. Keynote 5 indicates that Plaza Pedestal "P" shall be equipped with (4) 20A 1-P circuit breakers. Keynote 9 on Sheet E1 powers the 240V luminaires from that pedestal, which would in that case need a 2-pole breaker. Please clarify.
2. Clarify how the new well water service equipment, gutter, disconnects, and starter are to be mounted. It appears that all this equipment is new, and just the pump is existing. Specify conductor and conduit sizes.
3. Specify fusing in the disconnects at the new well system service. The circuits to well and controller do not have overcurrent protection.
