DATE: June 22, 2004 ACTIVITY NUMBERS: T03CM05846/T03BU03176 SUMMARY: The Engineering Section has reviewed the Drainage Report, Soils Report, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Site Plan and Grading Plan for the proposed apartments on Milton Road. The site plan and grading plan cannot be approved at this time. The following comments must be addressed in the next submittal. Soils Report, Site Plan, Grading Plan 1. Revise the Site and Grading Plans to be consistent with the recommendations of the Geotechnical Report from Terracon, dated May 12, 2004. Terracon recommends a minimum 10-foot horizontal between the high water level in the basins and any structure. Resubmittal will require a revised Site Plan, Soils Report, SWPPP, Drainage Report and Grading Plan addressing all items listed above.
