Provide such disconnect, lock-out CB, or justify otherwise. 2. Considering that sign circuits are expected to operate continuously, they should be subjected to a 1.25 demand factor. WH is listed at 3VA on panel schedule but is only 1.6 KW on Electric Load Summary. It appears that this panel is loaded to 80 amps, larger than 72A. Please clarify/correct.
