All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. All portions of the project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL: q There are no general comments to be addressed. ARCHITECTURAL: q Additional information needs to be provided regarding the fireplace. Is this a wood burning (with gas log lighter) zero clearance fireplace? If so, then please indicate so and further indicate that the fireplace must comply with UL 127. q Indicate on the plans the U-Value of the window assemblies as indicated on the International Energy Compliance Calculations. STRUCTURAL: q A special certificate has been provided for Masonry and Epoxy Anchors. Sheet S1.1 also lists other special inspections (structural steel, welding, and wood). Please provide a special inspection certificate covering these items. MECHANICAL: q There are no mechanical comments to be addressed. PLUMBING: q Will a separate gas meter provide the gas supply for AC1 and AC2 in the future (versus the gas meter being provided for the eastern most tenant)? Please clarify on the plans.
