07/21/2004 | Linda Buczynski | ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Denied | TRANSMIT ORIGINAL DRAWINGS WITH NEXT SUBMITTAL. PLEASE CALL AT 791-5550 X1106 OR EMAIL AT LBUCZYN1@CI.TUCSON.AZ.US IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS. 1. Show location of Panel LS. This comment was made on the first submittal. Granted that this panel may be installed under a different permit, but the current set has to stand on its own. If the intent is to run circuitry to this panel, the Inspector will reference the subject plans to enable him to locate and inspect said panel. 2. "Provide Panel Schedule for Panel LS." This comment was made on the first submittal. Granted that this panel may be installed under a different permit, but the current set has to stand on its own. If the intent is to run circuitry and add load to this panel, the Inspector will reference the subject plans to enable him to verify overcurrent protection as installed corresponds to that specified on the plans. The Electrical Plans Examiner will verify proper overcurrent protection, and branch circuit and feeder loading. 3. Provide load calculations for service powering Panel LS. 4. City of Tucson does not allow the "Up-Over-Down" method to address fault current at downstream panels. If there are indeed almost 50,000 AFC at Panel HPS it should be rated for such. |
