Comments:

Zoning has reviewed but cannot approve the proposed plans at this time.

The approved development plan inicates the proposed screen walls, location, and height as well as the materials and colors. The plan submitted for review and approval for the screen walls and freestanding lighting matches the development plan for placement of screen walls, colors and materials but also indicates that the existing site wall at the corner of the site is to be modified. The exisitng wall was not part of the review and approval on the development plan and therefore the site wall and lighting plans cannot be approved while the exisitng wall is part of this permit. The modifcation of the exisitng wall must be done by separate permit and must have a separate scenic corridor review and approval.

If references and the drawings related to the modification of the existing wall are removed from the submittal packet, the new screen walls and freestanding lighting plans can be approved over the counter by the Zoning reviewer when the plans are re-submitted for review.
