Building #1 General 1. Complete Structural Calculations including design spread footings missing from this submittal package. Specifically address foundation design at steel frame columns where compression, shear and lateral moment are applicable. Comments restated. 2. Provide computer print out for service reactions at steel frames as required for basic anchor bolt design. Then address total shear and tension interaction check per IBC 1913. Sheet S1.3 1. Recheck adequacy of BC9* steel beam along Line 3 between Gridlines A-B. See page 57B for reaction developed from FB14 beam (BC12*) plus reaction from FB5 from opposite side and reaction from FB4 and shorter BC3 beam indicates beam is overstressed per independent check. Please verify as calculation for this particular beam is missing. PLUMBING COMMENTS Sheet P2.0 1. The 2" gas line with a developed length of 300 feet and demand of 1800 cfh requires a 3" line.
