All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. ARCHITECTURAL: q Verify and correct the type of construction in the code information on Sheet AO. Currently the plan indicates that the construction type is "IB" which may be incorrect. City records indicate Type VB is the correct type of construction classification. q Sheet A1: The space is required to have separate restrooms for each sex. See IBC Section 2902.2 and revise plans accordingly. q Sheet A1: Provide description as to how accessibility is provided for each type of service provided.
