All corrections must be made to the original drawings and two new complete and corrected sets resubmitted along with a written reply to all comments. To facilitate a timely recheck please insure all drawing changes or revisions made to previously issued sheets are highlighted by cloud and revision number. ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS Sheet 4 1. Provide a revised toilet room layout to allow the minimum fixture clearance requirements. Ref. ANSI A117.1 604.2. See attached sketch. 2. Provide a note on the plan that quantities of hazardous materials in use and in storage will comply with IBC 307.7. Note that there will be no welding in the building. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS 1. Keynote 9 specifies 5/8’ OSB roof material. Roof diaphragm notes specify ½” OSB. Please resolve discrepancy. Comment restated. PLUMBING COMMENTS Sheet 1 1. Dimension a minimum horizontal distance between the HCS and water supply lines. Ref. UPC 609. Comment restated. MECHANICAL COMMENTS- The mechanical portion has been reviewed and approved. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS Sheet 5 1. Revise the water heater height dimension to 84” to match the plumbing plan. 2. The site utility plan shows an overhead electric drop to the service. Revise the one line diagram to reflect the construction requirements. Comment restated. ENERGY COMMENTS – The energy portion has been reviewed and approved.
