Add notes or refences to the clarify the plant preservation requirements.

2) The site and landscape plans differ with regard to screening proposed along the west property line. Revise as necessary. DS 2-07.2.2

3) Revise note 5 on sheet N1.2 to identify the required replacement for missing, dead or dying plants per DS 2-15.4.0.D & LUC 3.8.6.7.E (same size, genus and species). There is no provision for not preserving plants as proposed on the plan.

4) Revise the monitoring note on sheet N1.2 to identify the DSD Landscape Section as the recipient of the reports. The Parks and Recreation and Planning Departments no longer participate.
