All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. ARCHITECTURAL: q There are no architectural comments to be addressed. STRUCTURAL: q Provide a City of Tucson special inspection certificate for the following [2000 IBC Chapter 17]: · Concrete · Masonry · Field Welding · Epoxy Anchors q The MEP Plan on Sheet A-3 indicates a 4" x 12" sheet metal relief vent at the ceiling. The framing plan on Sheet S1does not show this opening but does show a 4" Ø sleeve in the concrete deck (what its this sleeve for?). Please coordinate. Sheet S2 does have details for rectangular roof openings, however none are shown on the roof framing plan. MECHANICAL: q There are no mechanical comments to be addressed. PLUMBING: q There are no plumbing comments to be addressed. ELECTRICAL: q Please provide additional information regarding Panel E1 (volts, phase, amps), and include a load calculation indicating that this existing panel is capable of handling the additional load of the air conditioning unit. -End of Review- |
