2. Provide calculations showing water supply piping is sized in accordance with Section 610.4, UPC 1994. The calculations provided are incomplete. Include the data referenced in Section 610.7 if using Table 6-4. If using Table 6-4, the fixture units for flushometer valves must be calculated using the method shown in Section 610.10, UPC 1994. The hot water pipes are to be sized using the method shown in Sections 610.12 or 610.13, UPC 1994. Head losses (e.g. meter loss, RPBP loss, and lift) must be subtracted from the available water pressure prior to using Table 6-4.
3. Include all fixtures when calculating the total demand and determining pipe sizes. (See note in Table 6-3: "Water supply outlets for items not listed above shall be computed at their maximum demand but in no case less than:…") Reference Section 610.1, UPC 1994.
4. Provide a vent for each fixture trap. (e.g. floor sinks serving P-11, P-2 in southwest portion of Women's restroom) Reference Sections 901.0 and 910.0, UPC 1994.
5. Provide upper terminal cleanouts on horizontal drainage pipe. See exception (1) of Section 707.4, UPC 1994.
6. Resize vent piping to conform to Table 7-5, UPC 1994. A maximum of 24 fixture units are allowed for a 2" vent.
