ARCHITECTURAL: q There are no architectural comments to be addressed. STRUCTURAL: q See mechanical comments for coordination request between structural and mechanical drawings. q The special inspection certificate submitted does not list field welding as required (it is noted as N/A). How are the new tube steel braces welded to the existing round steel pipe columns if not in the field (Detail 212 on Sheet S5.1)? Please clarify. Also, the engineer of record indicates on Sheet S1.1 that soils require special inspection for this job. If this is correct, then please provide a special inspection for this as well (otherwise modify the special inspection list). MECHANICAL: q The locations of two of the new mechanical units differ between the structural drawings (Sheet S3.1) and the mechanical drawings (Sheet M1). Please coordinate. Reference grid intersections C20 and E22 as shown on the mechanical drawings (the structural grid is severely misaligned). Also reference Sheet A2.2 for locations PLUMBING: q There are no plumbing comments to be addressed.
