Center - Lot 33 Wayne, we have received a complete submittal package of the mirrored image drawings which includes the following: · Two sets of building plans · Two sets of development plans · Two sets of geotechnical reports · Two sets of structural calculations · Two sets of truss drawings In order for us to do the review and keep the cost down, we need to receive one set of all of the documents described above which were approved under permit number T03-M0051. The first submittal we received had a copy of the model plans for the "wrong" model. Since then we have received a set of plans for the correct model, however the set we received is not the one we reviewed and approved (it does not have our approval stamp). We also need to receive a copy of the other documents (geotechnical report, structural calculations, and truss drawings) with our approval stamp. Without these documents we will have to do a complete and through re-review and charge the review as if the project is being looked at for the first time ($2,505.82). With these documents we can keep the cost down to $225.00 for this review. I would like to also mention that the truss layout drawings submitted need to be revised to correlate with the mirrored plan image (they have not been mirrored). |
