Provide a construction dimension for door 17. Sheet 1.5 1. Provide revised detail references to 3/6.2 and 5/6.2. There is no Sheet 6.2 in this plan set. Sheet 2.0 1. Provide construction details for the site walls. Note the heights and linear distance totals for the cmu walls and chain link fences to be constructed. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS General 1. Design loads specify a soil bearing pressure value of 1,000 psf per Western Technologies report #2923 JX022. Neither this value or recommendations for engineered foundations were found in the report submitted for review. 2. Page 7 of the soil report is missing. Please provide with the resubmittal. Sheet S1 1. General notes indicate an assumed soil bearing pressure of 1500 psf. Please resolve discrepancy with design load criteria. Sheet S2 1. Footing details are not consistent with slab tendon details on Sheet PT3. Please clarify. PLUMBING COMMENTS Sheet 15.1 1. In the plumbing wall common to units 2 and 3 revise the waste line size from 4" to 2" at the branch from the lavatories. Ref. UPC Table 7-5. 2. Delete the text and graphics that do not apply in the previously referenced plumbing wall. 3. Correct the flow direction of the 4" line at unit 2. 4. In unit 1, revise the branch line sizes at the water closets to 3". Ref. UPC Table 7-5. 5. In unit 1, label the 2" branch line from the kitchen. Ref. UPC Table 7-5. 6. Label the 2" branch line from the service sink. 7. Note that showers will have control valves of the pressure balance or thermostatic mixing valve type. Ref. UPC 410.7. 8. Show the duct size to the return air grill for the typical unit. 4. No supply air is shown to the bathrooms in the typical unit. Please clarify. 5. Note the kitchen required outside air requirement of 25 cfm is continuous or 100 cfm intermittent. Ref. IMC Table 403.3. 6. Please clarify why .5 cfm/sf is used as outside air for the recreation area. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS Sheet 16.1 1. Show the means of disconnect and WP/GFCI outlet for rooftop mechanical units. 2. Indicate smoke alarm circuit information. Sheet 16.2 1. The apartment drawing is incorrectly oriented in the east - west direction.
