1. Provide schedule for lighting fixtures. Show voltage, wattage, number of bulbs, and volt-amprers.
2. Provide short circuit rating on Panel A. One-phase, three wire is not a short circuit rating.
3. If the "1-phase 3W" refers to this panel, note that the panel schedule is set up as a three phase panel, not single phase. And with a neutral conductor, this can not be 3-wire, but 4.
4. Also note that Phase A calculates out to be 9980 volt-amperes, not 7100.
5. Indicate whether the circuit breakers for the new circuits are to be new, or if they are existing. They may have to be addressed as to available fault current at the panel.
