All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. All portions of the project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL: q There are no general comments to be addressed. ARCHITECTURAL: q There are no architectural comments to be addressed. STRUCTURAL: q The metal building shop drawings need to be reviewed by the engineer of record and a stamp provided by the engineer of record that indicates that the plans are in general conformance with the design intent. q The calculations on Page 3 indicate that the screen wall footing is to be 2'-0" wide. However, on Sheet S2.1 the footing for the screen wall is shown as 1'-8" wide. Please coordinate. MECHANICAL: q There are no mechanical comments to be addressed. PLUMBING: q There are no plumbing comments to be addressed. ELECTRICAL: q Where is Panel "WH" on the riser diagram on Sheet E-5? There is a Panel "NW" which is indicated as new on the riser diagram. Should this actually be Panel "WH"? Sheet E-3 also shows Panel "NW". Please clarify. q The load calculation on Sheet E-5 indicates that the new load brings the total on the 1200 amp service to 1211 amps. Please address. -End of Review- |
