IF YOU CARE TO DISCUSS.

1. Heater on north side of building is on Circuit B-2. On the Panel Schedule this circuit is part of a 3-P CB powering the EC. Please clarify.
2. Heater on south side of building is powered by #10 conductor, as opposed to the #12 powering the heater on the north side. One would think that the conductor size would be the same, as they are both called out to be the same size on the mechanical schedule. Please check and clarify as necessary.
3. Load calculations for New Panel C: my calc is 2412 W for the lighting, 3816 for the EC, and 5000 for the heaters based on the mechanical plans. Please coordinate with mechanical and make corrections as necessary. Totals for phases A, B, and C respectively, would be 7,022, 7,475, and 7,070 VA respectively, or 62 A on the high leg, and 103 A on the high leg of Panel B.
4. Provide for a Grounding Electrode at new Panel C per NEC250-32 (a) and (b).
5. It appears that Keynote 6 on the Single Line Diagram is in conflict with the annotation with arrowhead on the diagram itself between Panel A and the CB. This may cause some confusion as to the intent in sizing the ground wire, since it is called out as a different value on both notes. Please clarify.
6. The 90A/132A designation on the top right of the Single Line Diagram may be confusing. The 90A does not appear to come from anywhere. 132A would be the total for the service following the convention established in Keynote 7, and the corrected figure per Comment #3 above would be 137A.
7. TEP AFC for 200A 120/208 is normally 13,900 per SR-510. A cross check using the Bussman method resulted in 12750 ACF at the new CB in Panel A. A cross check using the 12,100 AFC indicated on the plans is still high at 11,169 AFC at this new CB. Please confirm TEP AFC and re-evaluate rating of the new CB as necessary. On the fault calculations, 208/12100 = 0.0172, not 0.0131; and 0.087 X 15/1000 = 0.0013, not 0.0172.
8. Please provide cut sheets for lighting fixtures. Of primary concern is adherence to the Outdoor Lighting Code.
