Further, no openings may be allowed in the firewall due to proximity to property line. References table 602 IBC. Still need to provide detail of wall. Must be a listed assembly.
2. Provide a detail sheet signed by the structural engineer reflecting details within calculations cross-referencing to the plans. Still need details for connections on plan sheet sealed by the engineer of record. Attached 81/2 x 11 are not acceptable.
3. It has come to my attention that the structure is already built. How are required footings and hold-down installations to be verified?
4. Obtain an appointment with plans examiner prior to resubmittal.
