Since the lots have been reconfigured, please label and dimension the existing building on the adjacent property to the west. Note the square footage and building height. In addition, label and fully dimension the vehicle parking spaces and PAAL's to remain. 3. Engineering Section comment number two (2) dated March 30, 2004 requires a DSMR for this project. If a DSMR is applied for, add a general note which states the DSMR case number, date of approval, modifications granted, and any conditions imposed. 4.
