1. Sheet E1, Keynotes 6, 9, & 5. Per NEc 400-8, flexible cords and cables shall not be used where concealed behind dropped ceilings. Suggest one of the following:
A: If the equipment being plugged into the above ceiling receptacles does not have a cord and plugs in directly, such as a low-voltage transformer, change the duplex to simplex receptacle.
B: If the equipment has a cord, suggest a J-box for the receptacle and flexible conduit for the cord.
3. Note that as in job T03CM05074, reviewed yesterday, demand factors for continuous loads shall be calculated at 125%. However, on this job such consideration does not appear to be critical to ultimate loading.
