The scope of this review covers Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. All portions of the project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval.

GENERAL:

q There are no general comments to be addressed.

ARCHITECTURAL:

q There are no architectural comments to be addressed.

STRUCTURAL:

q There are no structural comments to be addressed.

MECHANICAL:

q There are no mechanical comments to be addressed.

PLUMBING:

q There are no plumbing comments to be addressed.

ELECTRICAL:

q On the electrical one-line diagrams on Sheet E-3, from the service panel LP1 to the pull box next to the Marconi cabinet, there are two sets of conductors feeding off of either a 125-amp breaker or a 60-amp breaker. One of these sets is comprised of #12's, which cannot be protected by either of these breakers. Are these wire groups coming from other breakers on Panel LP1 (say the 30-amp 2-pole breakers which require #10's)? Please clarify. This previous comment has been partially addressed. The one-line diagrams indicate 20-amp 1-pole breakers with #12's while the panel schedules indicate 30-amp 2-pole breakers with #10's. Please clarify which is correct.

q Is the fault current 10,000 or 22,000 (it is listed as each in two different places)? Please clarify. This previous comment has not been addressed. Numbers have been changed, however now the following exists:
· The fault current at the meter is 22KA (was originally indicated as 22KA)
· Panel LPI is listed as a min. of 22KA (was originally indicated as 10KA)
· The Marconi Power Center which houses Panel LPI is now listed as a min. 10KA (was originally indicated as 22KA)
Is the Marconi All-In-One Power Center series rated in this fashion? Please clarify.
