10/29/2003 | STANTEC | 3RD PARTY REVIEW-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Denied | SCOPE OF REVIEW: The scope of this review covers Architectural, Structural, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. All portions of the project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL: q There are no general comments to be addressed. ARCHITECTURAL: q There are no architectural comments to be addressed. STRUCTURAL: q Provide a grading, excavation, and fill special inspection certificate for the caisson footing (special inspection certificate for the concrete and reinforcing has been provided). See attached. MECHANICAL: q There are no mechanical comments to be addressed. PLUMBING: q There are no plumbing comments to be addressed. ELECTRICAL: q Check the panel board schedules relative to the one-line diagrams on Sheet E3. There are discrepancies in wire sizes (for example, ground to Nokia equipment is labeled #10 or #6 depending on where you look). q On the electrical one-line diagrams on Sheet E-3, from the service panel LP1 to the pull box next to the Marconi cabinet, there are two sets of conductors feeding off of either a 125-amp breaker or a 60-amp breaker. One of these sets is comprised of #12's, which cannot be protected by either of these breakers. Are these wire groups coming from other breakers on Panel LP1 (say the 30-amp 2-pole breakers which require #10's)? Please clarify. q On the electrical one-line diagram on the right half of Sheet E-3, where are all of the wires that feed off of the 2 60-amp 2-pole breakers (only one set appears to be communicated in the one-line)? q The amperage of Panel LP1 is not listed on the panel schedules. Please list. q Is the fault current 10,000 or 22,000 (it is listed as each in two different places)? Please clarify. -End of Review- |
