Hillside development plan review for the Noriega Residence.
The proposed design meets the requirements of the Average Cross Slope analysis as outlined in LUC 2.8.1 and DS 9-04.0.

The Site Plan/Plot Plan cannot be approved at this time.
1. Provide an estimate of the cut and fill quantities. A grading permit is required for all projects with a fill quantity greater than 50 cubic yards. (DS 2-02.2.1.A.17)
2. Submit a grading plan and grading permit application. The grading plan should show existing and finish grades, locations of all utilities and limits of grading.

organization willing to accept responsibility for the perpetual preservation of the natural area, subject to
approval and acceptance by the City of Tucson. LUC 2.8.1.7


6) To protect the natural areas, covenants which run with the land will be provided in favor of the City of Tucson and of all owners with record interest in the natural area. LUC 2.8.1.7
