Provide PT foundation design in accordance with IBC 1805.8.2 and PT Design manual. Clearly indicate soil bearing pressure check, number of tendons developed in long and short direction. Then provide tension/compression, shear and deflection check per PT manual in long and short direction at edge and center lift. Soils Report page 3 does not indicate that project is not on non-expansive soil, but refers to additional testing during site grading to verify that the expansive potential exists. However, the EOR should be aware and provide conservative design or indicate measurements to be taken if expansive soil is determined. If model from finite elements program for PT slab design is used, the computer input data and print-out results for this particular building shall be submitted. Please update as 65' x 40' building dimensions used on page 6/10 do not match the proposed building size. 2. Civil Engineer is to provide calculations for site retaining wall as detailed on Sheet 3/3, Section "H" in compliance with Soils Report design criteria. Sheet 4 1. New mechanical equipment is shown on roof framing, load cannot be found addressed on plans. Please recheck and clarify Note #8 where reinforced framing is called out. Please detail. 2. Clarify two transverse bearing walls at stair cell provided on floor framing. Coordinate with Foundation Plan Sheet S1 where bottom wall is not provided with footing. PLUMBING COMMENTS - The plumbing portion has been reviewed and approved. MECHANICAL COMMENTS- The mechanical portion has been reviewed and approved.
