Keynote 2 on sheet P1.1 and keynote 2 on sheet P1.2 do not agree on the materials to be used for the water piping. Because the sizes of the water pipes shown on the drawing are based on using copper in the building and Schedule 40 PVC outside of the building, if the contractor elects to install PEX instead, pipe sizes specifically for PEX must be shown on the drawing.
