Permit valuations shall include total value of work, including materials and labor, for which the permit is being issued, including plumbing, mechanical and electrical. Ref. IBC 108.3. Sheet A1 1. Door 1, which does not show as a labeled door in the schedule, is located in a fire resistive wall per Sheet R3. Please clarify opening protective rating. Ref. IBC 714.2. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS General 1. Please coordinate with mechanical to verify adequacy of existing structural members and connections to be provided for the concentrated loads of the heat pumps and fan coils. Ref. IBC 1606.2. PLUMBING COMMENTS Sheet P1 1. Coordinate fixture unit call outs on the plan with those shown in the fixture schedule. 2. Specify water conservation fixture flow rates. Ref. UPC amendments. 3. The fixture unit values for supply and drainage are found in UPC Tables 6-3 and 7- 3. Please revise the fixture schedule per those tables. MECHANICAL COMMENTS Sheet M1 1. Provide specifications for the heat pumps and fan coils for inclusion with this permit or indicate that these units are by a separate permit. The plan note suggests they are to be included in the scope of work for this permit. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS Sheet E1 1. Circuits R-15, 17 and 19 for the Liebert equipment were not found. Please clarify. ENERGY COMMENTS - The energy portion has been reviewed and approved. |
