12/29/2003 | Doug Williams | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Denied | SUBJECT: Tucson Federal Credit Union REVIEWER: Doug Williams DATE: 29 December 2003 ACTIVITY NUMBER: T03CM04419 T14S, R13E, Sec.27 SUMMARY: Engineering Division has reviewed the site plan resubmitted on December 4, 2003. All comments from the first review have not been sufficiently addressed. Approval is not recommended at this time. Please address the following comments: SITE PLAN: 1. The Major Streets and Routes (MS&R) future sight visibility triangles shown on sheet RS are not depicted in the proper locations. Future Sight Visibility Triangles begin at the future curb location, which must be depicted in accordance with the MS&R Plan. The future sidewalk area for Mission Rd is 9' wide (thus future curb face will be 9' from the right of way delineation). Intersection widening to a width of 150' (the existing right of way width) should be depicted to a point 300' north of the intersection of the centerlines of Ajo Way and Mission Rd. The future right of way then tapers (westerly) back to a total width of 120' at a point 600' north of the two centerlines described above. For more information, go to http://www.ci.tucson.az.us/planning/genplan/msr.pdf (Development Standard - DS 2-02.2.1.10 and 3-01.5.1 B 2). 2. The basis of elevation must be based on City of Tucson datum, with City field book and page number. Please check the Field Book referenced (DS 2-02.2.1.23); If you have any questions, I can be reached at 791-5550, extension 1189 or Dwillia1@ci.tucson.az.us.
