The site plan was not approved. Please address the following comments. Site Plan Comments: 1) Show the refuse container location, access and size. (Development Standard (DS) 2-02.2.1.A.6) 2) The site plan must show proposed and existing structures including height, overhang and canopies. (DS 2-02.2.1.A.6) Revise the site plan to show the clear height under the covered parking canopy. If the PAAL under the canopy is required for Solid Waste vehicle access, show that the required clearance is provided as described in DS 6-01. 3) Show sight visibility triangles for access to 24th Street and Euclid Avenue. (Development Standard (DS) 2-02.2.1.A.10) Revise the Site Plan to address all of these comments and resubmit two copies for review. Include a letter explaining how each comment has been addressed.
