1. Please note that the prefab metal stairs will be a deferred submittal. Ref. IBC 106.3.4.2.

2. Clarify if steel storage racks supported above grade will be a part of this project. Ref. IBC 1621.2.8, 1622.3.4 and 2210.

3. No drinking fountain was found on the plan. Clarify how this minimum plumbing facility requirement will be met. Ref. IBC 2902.1.

4. The site plan specifies decomposed granite to the north side of the project. Landings at the floor elevation are required at the doors specified along the north building line. Refs. IBC 1003.3.1.4, 1003.3.1.5.

5. Egress through intervening spaces as shown from the retail through shipping is not permitted. Ref. IBC 1004.2.3.

Sheet A2
1. Common use toilet rooms as shown on the second floor are required to be accessible. Ref. IBC 1108.2.

2. Balconies must comply with the provisions of IBC 1406.
