All corrections must be made to the original drawings and two new complete and corrected sets resubmitted along with a written reply to all comments. To facilitate a timely recheck please insure all drawing changes or revisions made to previously issued sheets are highlighted by cloud and revision number.


ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS
General
1. Specify existing construction type.

1. General note D references the City of Denver. Please revise this note to indicate the city of Tucson.

2. Show all walls where keyed note 6 occurs on plan.

3. Indicate keyed notes 6 and 12 at mezzanine plan.

4. Show mezzanine plan for continuation above produce prep.

Sheet A6
1. Dimension the sidewall grab bar to be a distance from the rear wall of 54" minimum in accordance with ANSI A117.1, 604.5.1.

1. Please note that material handling steel storage racks with a height of greater than 6' with the associated structural calculations developing the design and detailed methods of connections will be a deferred submittal or submittal for second review will include the required information. Refs. IBC 1621.2.8, IBC 2210.

PLUMBING COMMENTS
Sheet P1
1. Please provide specifications for fixtures SK01, SK02, SK05 and SK07.

2. Keynote 13 denoting removal of fixtures should be coordinated with Pima County Wastewater Management at (520) 740-6500. You may be eligible for credits towards the connection fees for new fixtures that are required by Pima County. Their staff will be able to assist you in making this determination.

3. Specify indirect waste provisions for all food preparation sinks. Ref. UPC 801.2.

4. Please provide a fixture schedule identifying quantity, supply fixture unit and waste fixture units. Ref. UPC Tables 6-3 and 7-3.

5. Please coordinate with architectural to address penetrations of horizontal assemblies and exterior walls.

MECHANICAL COMMENTS
Sheet M1
1. Provide detail references in connection with keyed note 2.

2. The condition referenced in keyed note 3 appears to occur at more than one location as shown on the plan. Show all applicable locations and coordinate with the plumbing sheets.

3. Provide OSA calculation per IMC 403.

4. Please coordinate equipment weights of mechanical equipment for the development of the structural design criteria referenced as structural comment 1.

5. The restroom exhaust fans designations CEF1 and CEF2 do not correspond to the equipment schedule. Please coordinate.

6. The general notes indicate that roof penetrations are to be coordinated with the architectural drawings. The architectural drawings do not address roof penetrations. Please coordinate with general architectural comment 1. Ref. IBC 711. Similarly, address penetrations of exterior walls at CEF1 and CEF2 if exterior walls are of fire resistive construction.

7. Specify Type I or Type II hoods for kitchen hoods 1, 2 and 3. Ref. IMC 507.

8. Provide specifications for the commercial kitchen grease ducts. Ref. IMC 506. Dimension the separation of the duct from the enclosure. Ref. IMC 506.3.11.

9. The commercial kitchen makeup air is required to be approximately equal to the amount of exhaust air. 3720 cfm is being exhausted and 2000 cfm of makeup air is specified. Ref. IMC 508.

ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
Sheet E1
1. Circuits D8, 10 and 12 for SC606 deck were not found on the plan. Please clarify.

2. It appears circuits CL 1 ,3 and CL 5, 7 were used twice. Please clarify.

ENERGY COMMENTS
General
1. Please provide the interior power lighting analysis. Ref. IECC Table 705.4.
