The site plan was not approved. Please address the following comments. Site Plan Comments: 1) As commented previously, there is an alley between the two subject parcels. I have included a copy of the Assessor's record map and the dedication from the subdivision plat for your reference. No structures, including fences and sidewalks may be placed within the alley. Revise the site plan to show the alley or provide information including recordation information for alley abandonment. Show recordation information for the electric easement. Contact the Real Estate Division of the City of Tucson Department of Transportation to discuss the purchase of the alley. The Real Estate Division is on the sixth floor of the Public Works Building, 201 N. Stone Ave. The phone number is 791-4181. (DS 2-02.2.1.A.20). Revise the Site Plan to address all of these comments and resubmit two copies for review. Include a letter explaining how each comment has been addressed.
