5. Keynotes 8 and 9 apply to garage construction. Delete.

6. Show where keynotes 10 through 14 occur on the plan.
7. Keynote 16 is for a fireplace. No fireplace is shown on the plan. Clarify or delete.

Sheet 3

2. Show the cleanout for the first floor powder room. Ref. UPC 707.4.

3. Provide a pressure and temperature relief valve and route the drain to an approved point of disposal. Ref. UPC 608.

4. Provide a fullway valve between the meter and the supply line. Ref. UPC 605.

5. The 1" gas line to the 60,000 BTU furnace is oversized. Please Revise. Ref. UPC 1217.
MECHANICAL COMMENTS
Sheet 7
1. Provide the specifications for the 3.5 ton gas pack.

2. Provide a specification for the exhaust fans and show them on the plan. Ref. R303.3.

3. Recheck the CFM value for the rec. room.

ELECTRICAL COMMENTS

1. Clarify power for the water heater. Show this on the plan and on the panel schedule.

6. Circuit 10, for the furnace was not found on the plan. Please show this.
