Please clarify. 2. The interior wall, common to the conference and archive room, is noted as having a 1-hour separation. The wall graphic coordinates with the legend as a non-rated wall. 3. Specify the listing numbers of the 1-hour assemblies shown in the legend as wall types 6A and 6B. 4. Door 207, to the archive room from the conference room is not noted as a rated door in the door legend on Sheet A2. Please clarify. 5. Door 227, the second exit must comply with IBC 1003.3.1.8. Sheet A2 1. Coordinate with comments 4 and 5 on Sheet A1 by revising the door schedule. Sheet A3 1. Elevation 3/A3 of the common use break room must adhere to ANSI A117.1,903. A maximum counter height of 34" is allowed. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS - The structural portion has been reviewed and approved. PLUMBING COMMENTS - The plumbing portion has been reviewed and approved. MECHANICAL COMMENTS - The mechanical portion has been reviewed and approved. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS Sheet E1 1. Clarify light fixture types in the library and annotate the junction box as circuit 1 from panel 2A. Sheet E2 1. Circuit "2B" 29, shown as a spare in the panel schedule, provides power to the conference and archive rooms. Please revise panel schedule. 2. Please identify the circuit for receptacles in the passage areas 227 and 231. 3. Keynote 4 specifies a water heater. This was not found on the plan. Please clarify. Sheet E3 1. Power to heat pump 7 is shown as circuits "2B" 34, 36 and 38. It appears this should be noted as "2B" 38, 40, 42. Please revise. 2. Show the home run to "2A" 32 for smoke detection in the archive room. 3. Please revise the duct type smoke detector detail to conform to mechanical general note 7. Ref. IMC 606.
