Any revisions to this plan will require an additional review and approval by Willdan. ARCHITECTURAL COMMENTS: 1. Sheets A0.0 through A0.9 (Site Plans and Details) are marked: For Reference Only. Drawings to be used for commercial permit work must be released for construction. Please correct. Reference IBC Section 106. 2. Sheets ID-1.0 through ID-10.1 are marked: Preliminary Not For Construction, and the drawings are not sealed. Drawings to be used for commercial permit work must be released for construction and sealed by the responsible registrant. Please correct. Reference IBC Section 106. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS: 1. The City of Tucson required Special Inspection and Testing Agreement has not been provided with the submittal documents. A copy is provided for your convenience. Please complete and submit two copies of the completed agreement. Reference IBC Section 106. 2. The structural design is not completed. A deferred submittal will be required for the completion of the structural design work. Sealed submittal drawings and sealed structural calculations for the deferred structural design items shall be submitted to the registered design professional in responsible charge who shall review them and forward them to Willdan with a notation indicating that the deferred design submittal documents have been reviewed and that they have been found to be in general conformance with the design of the building. A set of the approved permitted drawing package will be required with the deferred design document submittal. The deferred design items shall not be installed until their design and submittal documents have been approved by Willdan and subsequently issued approved under the permit by the City of Tucson. Willdan will review deferred design submittals on an hourly fee basis. Reference IBC Section 106.3.4.2. PLUMBING COMMENTS: The plumbing portion has been reviewed and accepted.
