All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. All portions of the project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL: q There are no general comments to be addressed. ARCHITECTURAL: q Restroom 110 requires more clearance around the toilet. The clear space for the toilet needs to be 60" wide by 56" deep, with no other fixtures encroaching within this clear space [ANSI A117.1-1998 Sec. 604.3]. It appears that there is only a 57" width in Restroom 110 at the toilet. Please provide dimensions on both accessible restrooms indicating this clearance. q The door providing access to Restroom 110 does not have the proper clearance for access [ANSI A117.1-1998 Fig 404.2.4.1 (f)]. The location of the pocket door interferes with the 48" wide clearance which must begin 24" in front of the latch side of the frame. STRUCTURAL: q There are no structural comments to be addressed. MECHANICAL: q There are no mechanical comments to be addressed. PLUMBING: q There are no plumbing comments to be addressed.
