Please provide the required cross-connection device. Reference Section 603, UPC 1994. 4. Revise the gas piping calculations and drawing to coordinate with the gas input as shown on the equipment submittals. Note: the natural gas supplied in Tucson by Southwest Gas is approximately 1000 BTU/Cubic foot. Reference Sections 1216.2 and 1216.3, UPC 1994. 5. Provide information to show how the cold water is used for hood K75C and why it requires only an atmospheric vacuum breaker while the hot water to the other hoods is protected with a reduced pressure backflow preventer. |

Area including Equipment 68, K165, and K166, near Grid 21-F, differs in configuration from that of approved plans, and as such shall be included in revision clouds. 3. There is a Keynote 46 by Grid 19-J on the plans. No such Keynote. 4. Tea-Maker Dispenser, at 15A per Sheet K-2, should have 1800 VA, not 1200. Please Correct Circuit D-3. 5. Panini Grill, on Circuit D-34, has 676 VA on Panel Schedule, and 32.4 KWH on Sheet K-2. Do the kitchen specifications mean "KW"? Please clarify. 6. There is an area by Grid 9-M missing Circuits B-28,30,32 from approved plans, and as such shall be included in revision clouds. 7. Convenience receptacles by Grid 10-G do not appear on approved plans, and as such shall be included in revision clouds. 8. Circuit E-31, since it powers Equipment 74,83, and 84 per the Panel Schedule, should have 996 VA, not 450. 9. Circuit B-8 has Equipment B26 on plans, but not on Panel Schedule. 10. Please make the corrections above, and recheck kitchen branch circuits for accuracy. Sheet E-6 1. Equipment in area by Grid 10-H differs from that in approved plans, and as such shall be included in revision clouds. Sheet E-7 1. Phase Current Amps, Total VA, Three Phase Amps, Total LCL VA, and Total LCL Amps on Panel DMB differ from those on the approved drawings, and as such shall be included in revision clouds.
