Per LUC 3.7.3.2.A "Along interior lot lines of the site, the required perimeter screens must be located on the property line, unless the screen is provided between the property line and the use and a landscaped area of a minimum width of twenty (20) feet is provided between the screen and the property line". Revise the plans to locate the required screen wall on the property line or at an alternate location in compliance with the above section.

2) The retention basin in the northern part of the site is required to be landscaped per LUC 3.7.4.3.B and DS 10-01.0. Revise the plans to comply. At minimum, 20 trees per acre, two 5 gal shrubs per tree and groundcover plantings are required for the basin area.

3. A minimum of one tree for every thirty-three is required along the northern boundary of the site to comply with LUC Table 3.7.2-I.
