Specifically, what are the rise and run dimensions of the stairs, the width of the stairs, the landing dimensions [2000 IBC Sec. 1003.3.3.3 and 1003.3.3.4], and what are the horizontal and vertical dimensions of the handrails [2000 IBC Sec. 1003.3.3.11]? Please clarify.

STRUCTURAL:

q Provide a City of Tucson special inspection form for masonry [2000 IBC Chapter 17].

q Detail 3 on Sheet A4 shows steel in the stairs. What size is this steel? How often is it placed? Is there a minimum thickness for the concrete at the stairs? What size is the footing? The dimension of the steel lap? Please clarify.
