Any revisions to this plan will require an additional review and approval by Willdan. ARCHITECTUAL COMMENTS: Sheet A1 1. Suspended ceiling shall be noted to comply with ASTM C635 and ASTM C636. Reference IBC 803.8.1.1. 2. Wall and ceiling room finish shall noted to be not less than Class C. Reference IBC Section 803. 3. Carpet shall be noted to comply with DOC FF-1. Reference IBC Section 804.5.1. 4. Curtains, draperies, etc. shall be noted to be not less flame resistant per NFPA 701. Reference IBC Section 805.1. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS: No comments. PLUMBING COMMENTS: Sheet M1 1. Plumbing shall be noted to comply with 1994 UPC with State of Arizona amendments. 2. Condensate lines shall be noted to slope at ΒΌ inch per foot instead of 1/8 inch per foot. Reference UPC 708. MECHANICAL COMMENTS: Sheet M1 1. Provide notation for compliance with 2000 IBC, 2000 IMC, and 1998 IECC. 2. Smoke detectors shall be installed in return air systems with a design capacity greater than 2000 cfm.
