09/29/2003 LOREN MAKUS ENGINEERING REVIEW Approv-Cond A grading permit is required. The grading plan submitted with the grading permit application must show steel pipes along the sides of the trash enclosure as well as at the back.
10/02/2003 JOE LINVILLE LANDSCAPE REVIEW Denied 1) A street landscape border is required along the entire Montego Street frontage. The border must be a minimum of ten feet wide at all points. LUC 3.7.2.4.A
The central landscape buffer along Montego Drive measures only 7'6' within the property limits.

2) Provide verification of City Engineer approval, in writing, regarding placement of landscaping within the public right of way. The landscape border as drawn occupies a portion of the public right of way.

3) Clarify what is measured in the sizes listed in the Native Plant Inventory.
