ALL FEATURES WERE CHECKED ONLY TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY THE SUBMITTALS PROVIDED. ALL PORTIONS OF THIS PROJE. PEN OR PENCIL CORRECTIONS ON FINAL PRINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. TO AVOID DELAYS ENSURE ALL CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE, ARE COMPLETE AND HAVE BEEN COORDINATED ON ALL APPLICABLE DETAILS AND NOTES. FLOOR PLANS: 1. DETAIL AND SPECIFY STAIR WIDTH (MINIMUM 36"), RISE AND RUN (MINIMUM 10" TREAD DEPTH AND 7 ¾" MAXIMUM RISER HEIGHT PER R314), LANDING WIDTH (PER R312), HANDRAIL HEIGHTS (PER R315), GUARDRAIL HEIGHT (PER R316) AND INTERMEDIATE RAIL SPACING (PER R316). (THIS MEANS PROVIDE DRAWINGS / DETAILS) 2. NEW LAUNDRY ROOM AND BATHROOM ADDITION SOUTH AND WEST WALL NEED TO BE 1 HR CONSTRUCTION DUE TO THE PROXIMITY OF THE PROPERTY LINE. NEED TO SPECIFY STUCCO/ FRAMING INFORMATION FOR 1 HOUR FIRE RATING. IF LAUNDRY ROOM AND BATHROOM ADDITION WALL IS ON THE PROPERTY LINE THEN NO ROOF OVERHANG IS ALLOWED AND ROOF CANNOT DRAIN ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTY. ACCORDING ROOF LINE CANNOT OVERHANG THE PROPERTY LINE. PER CODE SECTION R302.1 THE ROOF OVERHANG CAN PROJECT INTO SETBACK 1/3 THE DISTANCE OF SETBACK WHICH IS APPROXIMATELT 7" ON THE FULL LENGTH OF THE WEST WALL. UNDERSIDE OF OVERHANG AND EAVE NEED TO BE 1 HOUR FIRE RATED. THEREFORE ALLOWED ROOF OVERHANG IS 7"AND UNDERSIDE OF OVERHANG AND EAVE NEED TO HAVE 1 HOUR RATING. THIS NEEDS TO BE SHOWN / DETAILED ON THE DRAWINGS. STRUCTURAL PLANS: 1. DETAIL 8/7 HANGER DOES NOT MEET MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS. INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS = EMBED INTO BLOCK WITH A MIN.
