The Site Plan and Floodplain Use Permit were not approved at this time. Grading Plan comments: 1) Provide a grading plan or site-grading plan for review. The plan must be titled grading plan. 2) Clearly show limits of grading. 3) Provide a cross-sections for the proposed fill and drainage swale in the drainage easement. 4) The tentative plat for Forest Grove shows a drainage swale within the drainage easement. Ensure that the site-grading plan reflects the existing contours. Grading and Floodplain Use Permit Comments: 5) Provide a drainage report that includes an encroachment analysis showing the effects of the fill within the floodplain on the 100-year water surface elevation both upstream and downstream of the proposed fill. 6) In the drainage report, provide justification for the proposed fill within the drainage easement and demonstrate that the proposed easement profile will be able to contain flows from 100-year events. Provide a Grading Plan addressing all of these comments and resubmit two copies for review along with the drainage report and Floodplain Use Permit Application.
