Please schedule an appointment for an over-the-counter review. The following items must be revised on or added to the site plan: 1. On the approved site plan, the proposed building addition is shown to meet the MS & R building setback, which is the greater of 21 feet or the height of the building from back of future curb. On the "reference only" site plan the building appears to be shifted approximately two feet south towards Grant Road and it no longer meets this required setback. Dimension the street side building setback from the back of future curb location along Grant Road (MS&R) for the new addition. The new additions must meet the code requirement for MS &R setbacks. It appears that the new additions are setback only about 19 feet from the future curb location along Grant Road. Please revise by showing the future curb location and dimension the building setback from back of future curb.
